Update #2 · Latest ·

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD, intends to award a sole source contract to Ledios Innovations Corporation for PMA 281- Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirement. The PMA-281 requires contractor provided services to support the Domestic and Foreign Military Sales programs for Tomahawk Command and Control System (TC2S), Naval Mission Planning System (NavMPS), Digital Camera Receiving Station (DCRS) and Naval Strike Warfare Planning Center programs. This contractor provided support includes system installations and system Integrated Lifecycle Support (ILS). The ILS consists of the following Logistic Elements: Engineering; Maintenance Planning; Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation; Technical Data and Training. This action is consistent with the terms identified within this announcement upon the basis of the authority provided in 10.U.S.C 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The anticipated period of performance is 60 days base period. Ledios has been successfully providing the required services under previous contract N68335-16-C-0328, since its inception, and is the only known company with capability of immediately providing personnel with the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities that will ensure there in no degradation or delay in providing integrated logistics Support to NAWCAD. The contract with Ledios is the only means by which to ensure there will be no impact to current and ongoing PMA-281 efforts. Award of a separate contract for these services to a source other than Ledios would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling agency requirements, a break in services, and possible duplication in costs. This notice is not a request for proposals. No phone inquiries will be entertained. All responses from interested parties shall be made in writing by 19 January 2019 via e-mail, U.S mail, or facsimile to the attention of May Dimitrov, may.dimitrov@navy.mil using the contact information provided in this synopsis.
