The solicitation was posted on November 21, 2025, with a deadline for submission of December 17, 2025. While the notice does not explicitly detail the evaluation criteria, the core requirement centers on demonstrated ability to provide competent piano accompaniment in a religious service setting.

This procurement is not designated as a set-aside contract. No specific award value or budget range is provided in the solicitation notice. The contract is structured to cover exactly 52 weekly services throughout the contract period, with no provision for services exceeding this quantity.
