About this opportunity

The General Services Administration seeks information on phishing resistant authenticator products through a Request for Information. The RFI aims to identify qualified contractors capable of meeting requirements for Federal Identity Credential and Access Management Phishing Resistant Authenticators in accordance with FICAM standards. Respondents must demonstrate how their products achieve FIDO2 or Kantara Initiative certification and ensure interoperability across platforms. Responses are due by February 26, 2024 and will be used to conduct market research on available capabilities that could support a future government-wide acquisition vehicle or agency purchases for compliant multi-factor authentication.

There is no set-aside designation for this procurement. The NAICS code is 541511 and PSC code is D302. Responses should be no more than five pages and submitted to the contracting officers by the February 20th deadline. No award will be made as a result of this RFI, which seeks information on product capabilities, certifications, pricing, and business details from qualified vendors for planning purposes. Insights gathered may inform a future solicitation to provide phishing resistant authenticators across government.
