The agency has determined that Stericycle, Inc. is the sole provider capable of delivering these services in their remote location, making them the only reasonable source available. While this is not a competitive solicitation, interested parties who believe they can meet the stated requirements may submit capability statements in PDF format via email to Brenda.joe@ihs.gov by close of business on September 18, 2025. These statements must contain clear and convincing evidence demonstrating that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
