More additional information:
The requirements state that the parts pallets can be up to 23" X 35". We need a minimum working height of 36" at all stations except the penetrant spray application booth, which should be 46". All conveyors, lifts, tables, etc. must be capable of sustaining a 500# load. The pre-wash/emulsify station should be a booth-type with a tank at least 27" deep. There should be a manual wash gun and hose and a manual emulsifier gun and hose. This station must also include a mechanical lift to lower and raise the pallet into and out of the tank. The booth should have an ultraviolet fluorescent light and a 750 cfm exhaust fan. Other equipment that should be standard with this type of booth should be an adjustable emulsifier injection system for solution concentrations from 0 to 5%, a water temperature gauge, and a pressure regulator and gauge.

Additional information:
The interior working height of the spray application booth should be 46". We need two spray guns and two drum pumps complete with all necessary regulators, gauges, and filters. All other stations should have a minimum working height of 36". All conveyors, lifts, tables, etc. must be capable of sustaining a 500# load. The developer station should have a vacuum pump with 8-foot hose and wand and be exhausted directly to the drain. The parts being inspected are of varied sizes and geometry, some simple and some complicated with voids that would make it difficult to automate the penetrant application process and ensure adequate coverage. Therefore, the application and removal stages will be done manually. The entire line should be shielded by a minimum 36" high backsplash.
