About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Omaha is seeking information from small businesses capable of providing updates and maintenance for the PAVER software tool. PAVER is a government off-the-shelf (GOTS) software used by the Army, Air Force, and Navy to manage their pavement networks and extend the service life of pavements. The agency is conducting market research to determine the extent of capable small businesses for this effort. Interested parties should submit a two-page narrative by February 28, 2024 demonstrating experience with similar pavement management projects, along with company information and any comments on the planned solicitation.
This procurement is set aside for small businesses. The PAVER software has been in development and use since the 1970s, with maintenance and updates transitioning to the Transportation Systems Center in 2011. No specific award value or budget range is provided, nor are any potential incumbent contractors named. The goal of this effort is to support continued maintenance and enhancement of the PAVER software used across the military for effective pavement network management.
