The existing parking area currently has a gravel base that will be built upon, and the contractor must ensure proper site preparation to eliminate low or high spots before paving begins. The solicitation includes reference drawings to define the approximate work area, though these are noted as not to scale and for reference purposes only, with some buildings shown in the drawings no longer present at the site.
