About this opportunity

Brooke Army Medical Center, operating under the Department of the Army Medical Command, is seeking potential sources to provide automated text and voice messaging services integrated with the Parata Systems product suite. The services will deliver patient notifications regarding prescriptions, including refill reminders and pickup alerts. This is a Sources Sought Notice rather than a formal solicitation, issued on March 24, 2026, with responses due by March 31, 2026. The notice is being used to gather market information and assess competition for a potential follow-on contract to the existing award W81K00-25-P-0246 held by Parata Systems, LLC. Interested parties must provide company name, Unique Entity ID, CAGE code, and point of contact information in their responses. No specific evaluation criteria have been outlined in this preliminary notice, as the Government will use submitted responses to formulate its acquisition strategy and determine whether sufficient competition exists to proceed with a competitive solicitation.

No set-aside designations have been applied to this procurement. Parata Systems, LLC is identified as the current contractor on the predecessor contract, and this follow-on opportunity appears designed to continue the existing service relationship, though the notice indicates that if insufficient competitive interest is demonstrated, the Government may pursue a sole-source award supported by a Justification and Approval document. The pre-solicitation notice does not disclose specific award values, contract duration, quantity requirements, or service timeline details. Potential offerors are advised that responding to this Sources Sought Notice is voluntary and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or make any contract award. Non-response to this notice does not preclude future participation should an RFQ be released, and interested parties should monitor the website for subsequent announcements and acquisition strategy documents.
