About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District has issued a Special Notice regarding the consolidation of requirements to construct four riser pipe grade control structures and bank stabilization in support of the Yazoo River Basin, Long Creek and Hotophia Creek Watersheds in Panola County, Mississippi. This procurement, valued at $2,360,450, will be solicited as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside under Solicitation No. W912EE24B0011 with the intent to award one firm fixed-price contract.

The purpose of this consolidation is to efficiently coordinate and respond to the project requirements. Market research indicates there is sufficient competition from WOSB concerns to justify the consolidation, which will provide benefits in terms of quality, acquisition cycle time, and cost savings compared to awarding separate contracts. The Special Notice is for information purposes only, and a separate Solicitation will be issued for this project. The deadline for this opportunity is July 22, 2024, and it is open to WOSB contractors.
