About this opportunity

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole-source basis with Sikorsky for the repair of two power distribution panels (NSN 7R-6110-016941244-H5, PN 06550-00801-106) by November 2026. Award is anticipated under the existing Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-26-G-P401. The Government has determined that only Sikorsky can satisfy agency requirements under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302.

The procurement follows FAR Part 15 procedures; the Government determined commercial-item treatment under FAR Part 12 is not appropriate based on market research. Delivery is FOB origin. This is not a small-business set-aside. Firms not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR); procurement will not be delayed pending SAR approval.

A 45-day pre-solicitation comment period runs through November 22, 2026. The Government will consider all proposals received within this window for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive repair. Solicitation and communications will be conducted electronically through NECO; no telephone requests or hard copies will be issued. Interested organizations may submit capabilities and qualifications to Jacob.r.wells14.civ@us.navy.mil.
