About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking to procure a landscape panel with National Stock Number 7H-7025-014865872, specifically requesting 208 units to be delivered FOB Origin. The proposed contract action intends to negotiate with a single source under FAR 6.302-1 authority, indicating a potential sole-source procurement. Interested parties may submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements within 45 days of the notice's publication (or 30 days if awarded under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement). Potential vendors can obtain relevant specifications and standards through the DoD Single Stock Point's Document Automation and Production Service, with documents accessible via ASSIST-Online or by contacting their help desk. The government has determined that purchasing data rights or reverse engineering the part would be uneconomical, which further suggests a specialized procurement approach.

The pre-solicitation notice does not indicate a specific set-aside designation, and no incumbent contractors are mentioned. The total quantity is 208 units of the landscape panel, with Technical Data Package (TDP) Version 006 being a key specification. While no specific award value is disclosed, the procurement is subject to potential Free Trade Agreements and may involve World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement considerations. The contract falls under Product Service Code 7E20, which relates to IT and Telecommunications End User services, though the item appears to be a physical panel rather than a digital product. The solicitation is open for interested parties to demonstrate their capability to satisfy the government's requirements, with the ultimate competitive decision solely at the government's discretion.
