The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform painting of interior surfaces of residential housing buildings on USCG Sector New York facilities in Staten Island, NY. Spaces to be painted include but are not limited to on-station family housing apartment buildings and single detached housing buildings, including common areas such as hallways. Although in most cases the housing units will be unoccupied, there may be instances that require the temporary relocation of furniture, fixtures and equipment in those areas to be painted. The contractor shall provide a comprehensive painting program that will ensure facilities are available to meet the needs of the government in a timely manner. Work consists of preparing and painting surfaces (i.e., walls, ceilings, doors, closets, kitchen, cabinets, trim, molding, and other areas).

The estimated total value of the procurement inclusive of the base two year period and three (3) option years is between $500,000.00 and $800,000.00. Minimum contract guarantee is $5,000.00.
