About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs issued a firm fixed-price delivery order to Change Healthcare Technologies LLC on June 9, 2026, valued at $132,999.84, for upgrades to the PACS at the North Chicago VA Medical Center.
The delivery order upgrades Change Healthcare Enterprise Imaging PACS from version 14.1 (Windows Server 2016 OS) to version 14.2.2 (Windows Server 2022 OS) due to end-of-support conditions on the legacy version. The award was made noncompetitively under Defense Logistics Agency contract SPE2D1-18-D-0006. Change Healthcare Technologies LLC was determined to be the sole source capable of providing the supplies and services at the required quality level, as the supplies and services are unique and highly specialized. DLA had previously negotiated fair and reasonable pricing on the underlying IDIQ; the contracting officer verified that quoted prices equal or are below the contract ceiling and determined the delivery order represents best value.
