Added: May 19, 2014 3:10 pm Modified: Jun 19, 2014 3:33 pmTrack Changes The Packer Creek Road Decommissioning project consists of decommissioning approximately 15-20 miles of roads, and several spur roads. Main Access roads are also scheduled to be decommissioned and put into Intermittent Storage for future use. Road decommissioning treatments range from outslopes to complete recontouring. Roadways will be decompacted as described in drawings and worklists. All fill material in draws will be removed and stream channels restored to natural grade and dimensions. All disturbed areas will be seeded. In addition, native forbs and shrubs will be transplanted from areas adjacent to the road. Grade control structures will be constructed in newly reconstructed stream channels.
