About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Space Command issued a Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice for the Pacific Range Support Team (PRST) contract, which provides professional engineering support services to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) for range interface coordination, test resource integration, and mission execution support. The contract was awarded to Booz Allen Hamilton under GSA OASIS contract 47QRCA25DU052 on August 28, 2025, for a five-year base period from March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2030, with four additional one-year option periods. The PRST serves as the lead element for all MDA-related range interface and coordination efforts, including mission test planning and execution support, and may provide MDA certified mission execution team members for up to 30 days at deployed locations during surge requirements. The sole source justification was based on market research indicating that Booz Allen Hamilton is currently the only contractor with the specialized expertise and unique capabilities required to perform these critical missile defense range support services. While the specific contract value was not disclosed in the notice, the award amount remains unknown but covers firm fixed price professional engineering services, GSA contract access fees, and reimbursable equipment and materials over the multi-year performance period.

The key elements are to: provide mission test integration, mission test planning and execution support; develop common processes, procedures and standards; and assist in the development and employment of mobile/transportable range instrumentation.
