The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division Point Mugu, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a myriad of specialty areas including, but not limited to:Test Planning, Test Support and Coordination, Test Operational Support, Engineering Analysis and Systems Engineering, and Program Management requiring high level of technical expertise to support the Range Department Test and Evaluation (T & E) Competency in the planning for and providing of range services to high visibility and complex T & E operations occurring on the Sea Range and for Pacific Operations. The main place of performance will be Point Mugu, CA, however on-site support may be required at Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB) installations, commercial test ranges, remote field sites, and test operation centers. The period of performance is five-years after contract award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
