About this opportunity

The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center intends to procure thirty P-100 portable pump units for installation onboard Coast Guard Cutters by September 3, 2026, under a Total Small Business set-aside. The Government anticipates these units can only be obtained from Original Equipment Manufacturer W.S. Darley Co or an authorized distributor, as the Government does not possess the technical and engineering data required to evaluate alternate part numbers; all such data is proprietary to the OEM. Firms with capability to obtain these components may submit verification of authorized distributor status and documentation of prior Government component supply within fifteen calendar days of the August 20, 2026 posting date. Submissions must include previous contract information demonstrating bona fide capability to meet requirements. Information received after the deadline will not be considered. The Coast Guard will evaluate submissions without impeding contract award and will not compensate vendors for information solicited. Work is performed aboard Coast Guard Cutters to support surface fleet operational readiness.
