About this opportunity

The Department of Defense's Washington Headquarters Service has issued a Limited Source Justification for a seven-month bridge contract extension with JMARK Services, Inc., valued at $1,263,287.04, to provide continuing technical, administrative, and professional support services to the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. The sole source justification is necessitated by the expiration of the current contract on October 31, 2025, and the need to maintain continuity of critical intelligence support services while the government completes a competitive procurement process for a long-term follow-on contract that is currently under protest as of June 2025. The bridge contract will run from August 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026, utilizing a hybrid Firm-Fixed Price and Time & Materials structure funded through Fiscal Year 2025 Operation and Maintenance funds. JMARK was awarded the original contract HQ003420F0361 on July 29, 2025, and will continue providing essential support for day-to-day international partner engagement, critical initiatives including MAD Tool development, and Regional Desk Officer activities. The Washington Headquarters Service intends to complete the competitive award of the follow-on contract by March 2026.
