About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is soliciting quotes for an oscilloscope, classified under the Electrical and Electronic Properties Measuring and Testing Instruments category (PSC 6625). The procurement requires vendors to supply equipment with part number MXO4-B2410 OPTION B1, with the solicitation incorporating multiple amendments that clarify specifications and extend timelines. The evaluation criteria utilize a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach, as established through amendment incorporating clause WSSTERMMZ04. Vendors must submit quotes by February 11, 2026, which represents an extension from the original January 20, 2026 deadline. Key requirements include submission of exceptions to military specifications or packaging requirements via EDI or hardcopy, identification of original equipment manufacturers and cage codes for non-manufacturers, and provision of email addresses for follow-up communications.

This solicitation carries no set-aside designation and does not identify any incumbent contractors or specific award values in the available documentation. The procurement includes at least two line items (SubCLINs 0001AG and 0001AH), each with a quantity of one unit. No technical drawings or data are available for this item, and delivery timelines remain to be specified by the government. Contractual documents will be issued upon government acceptance of proposals through standard communication methods including mail, facsimile, or electronic commerce. Vendors are advised to register with NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg to receive automated notifications regarding this procurement.
