Update #6 · Latest ·
Date: July 16, 2019
Subject: Cancellation of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Solicitation 18-223-SOL-00017 Cancellation of FDA
Effective July 16, 2019 FDA Solicitation 18-223-SOL-00017: Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA) Criminal Investigations, Imports, and Systems for Inspection, Recalls Compliance, and Enforcement (SIRCE) is cancelled under the authority of FAR 15.206 (e). In accordance with FAR 15.3 - the Contracting Officer must make every effort to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of offers and that proposals were evaluated based solely on the factors and subfactors contained in the solicitation (41 U.S.C. 3703(c)). After thorough examination of the solicitation documents, it has been determined that no offeror can meet the Government's requirements at this time due to the multiple flaws found within the solicitation thus it is in the best interest of FDA to cancel solicitation 18-223-SOL-00017.
It is the intention of the Government to change the requirement and solicit in the near future.
