THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ).   THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES AND IS NOT TO BE CONTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT, NOR WILL THE GOVERNMENT PAY FOR INFORMATION SOLICITED.  SINCE THIS A RFI, NO EVALUATION LETTERS AND/OR RESULTS WILL BE ISSUED TO THE RESPONDENTS.  THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT COMMITED TO AWARD A TASK ORDER PURSUANT TO THIS RFI.  NO RFP PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

The Government is specifically seeking small businesses that are interested and capable of providing operations and maintenance support services. Information resulting from this RFI will be used to help determine any type of small business set asides for possible future RFQ.   Please see the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details regarding this requirement. NAICS code for this requirement is 561210, Facilities Support Services, size standard is $41,500,000. PSC code for this requirement is M1AA, Operation of Office Buildings.

Requested Information:

  1. A brief description of your company.
  2. Business size/Socio-economic status.-e.g., Small Business, SDVOSB, 8(a), etc.

  5. Area of Operation: Have you performed operations and maintenance support services in Alexandria, VA, outside D.C.?
  6. Briefly describe your company’s ability and experience in providing the requirements as described in the attached draft PWS.
  7. Any questions/suggestions related to the draft PWS to assist in clarifying this requirement.
