About this opportunity
U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to award a sole-source task order to Sherpa 6, Inc. for operational technology operations center support services under GSA's OASIS+ SDVOSB Multi-Agency Contract, with a 12-month period of performance.
The justification, cited under RFO 16.507-6(b)(2), establishes that Sherpa 6 is the only source capable of providing the required services. The requirement encompasses personnel, management, supervision, tools, materials, and resources to support the build-out, integration, and operation of CBP's Infrastructure and Support Services Operational Technology Operations Center, including network operations, cybersecurity operations, helpdesk and call-center support, and deployment and sustainment of the Watchtower Mobile Device Management platform—a proprietary Government Off-the-Shelf solution developed exclusively by Sherpa 6. Market research confirmed no authorized resellers, distributors, third-party providers, or alternative contract holders can provide equivalent services. The contracting officer will determine fair and reasonable pricing using historical price comparisons, competitive published price lists, and an Independent Government Cost Estimate. The justification was approved by the Competition Advocate for procurements in the $900,000 to $20 million range and will be posted on SAM.gov.
