About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking proposals for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide comprehensive scientific research and development services related to operational infectious diseases. The required services may include developing and refining data-related tasking, examining the impact of case management and health care delivery on costs and outcomes, and other research and laboratory testing. The contract will be awarded on a best value trade-off basis, and the non-cost proposal is limited to 30 pages, with requirements for a Federalwide Assurance, insurance, and a DCAA-approved accounting system. Proposals are due by March 25, 2024.
This procurement does not have a set-aside designation. The place of performance is San Diego, CA. The period of performance is a base year with four one-year options. While no specific contract value or budget range is provided, the scope of work indicates the potential for a significant, multi-year research and development effort to support the Naval Health Research Center's Operational Infectious Diseases Directorate.
