The USDA, APHIS (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Pink Bollworm Rearing Facility (PBWRF) in Phoenix, AZ intends to negotiate a multiple year contract (base year and 4 option years) solely with Oliver Products, located at 445 6th St NW, Grand Rapids, MI for their lidding material p/n 85853. Oliver Products is the only known source that can produce the required 25 lb poly medical packaging grade fiber-free peelable paper lidding material which provides a strong non-porous substrate with sterile barrier properties to serve as a lidding material for the Pink Bollworm (PBW) rearing containers. The lidding material must have specific moisture vapor transmission rate and specific oxygen transmission rate which has been previously identified by in house PBW rearing studies. The material must also have a non-toxic hot melt sealable adhesive transfer onto rigid PVC plastic. The specificity of these parameters are necessary to successfully rear moths at the PBW. The material consists of Oliver products P/N 85853, 25 pound Poly coated / 29LP specialized material and adhesive, will be 401mm wide, each roll will be 4,300 linear feet, each roll on a 3 I.D. Core and Maximum OD is 19 with adhesive side wound down. This specialized material and adhesive are proprietary by Oliver Products and unique and specif to the PBW operation.

= 110 rolls
= 80 rolls
= 80 rolls
= 66 rolls
= 60 rolls
