About this opportunity

The Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice is for the Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Children and Families (ACF) to acquire Okta's identity and access management services, including one-time professional services for implementation and annual subscriptions for 4,000 users. ACF has determined that Okta's cloud-based identity-as-a-service platform is the only solution that meets its security requirements, including FedRAMP authorization, extensive application integrations, and adaptive multi-factor authentication capabilities. The estimated cost is $699,848.23 for the one-year period from September 30, 2024 to September 29, 2025. ACF has concluded that Okta is the only reasonably available source for these required services.
