18 FEB 2021-1:22 PM: This is to attach Amendment 0001 answering questions submitted in response to this solicitation.
12 FEB 2021-12:47: This amendment is in response to a question about uploading the Past Performance Questionnaire. This request cannot wait until next week to be answered, because it will cut into your turn around time to have these questionnaire's submitted. All other questions will abe addressed in the amendment that will be released next week.

The Contractor shall provide EEO investigative support services utilizing EEOC certified investigators to assist with the processing and investigation of FEMA EEO complaints of discrimination filed against FEMA or its recipients of Federal financial assistance, on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, disability, and/or retaliation for protected EEO activity, which may also include complaints filed on the basis of economic status, limited English proficiency, sexual orientation, genetic information, and parental status.
