About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command seeks one portable mobile stage for the Outdoor Recreation program, with proposals due June 25, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST. This is a 100% small business set-aside (NAICS 332999, 750-employee threshold) under firm fixed-price, FOB Destination terms.
Place of performance and delivery is Tampa, Florida (MacDill AFB, 8011 Tampa Point Blvd), with delivery required by September 30, 2026. The stage must feature one-person push-button setup with self-contained electric and hydraulic operation, angled roof canopy with mounted LED lighting, standard deck dimensions of 14 feet depth by 24–28 feet width by 30–36 inches height, rugged FRP weather-resistant panels, fast-level fold-out deck truss, enclosed riser ADA stairs with handrails, dual 18-inch steel beams, corner and mid-frame leveling jacks, and a 125-amp electric breaker panel. Vendors must include all warranty and service plans with equipment purchase and specify delivery lead time; the government requests delivery no later than 60 days after receipt of order.
Offerors must submit complete pricing for the entire requirement; partial pricing renders the offer non-responsive. Prices must remain firm through September 30, 2026. Award will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Offerors must prove technical acceptability by demonstrating the product meets or exceeds specification requirements, explain on-time delivery capability to the specified location, and detail warranty terms. The government will evaluate contractor responsibility using the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS), considering price, supplier, and item risk; adverse SPRS findings may render an offeror non-responsible regardless of price or technical merit. All offerors must maintain active SAM registration at submission and award. Questions are due June 25, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST. Proposals should be submitted via email to Jill Warye (jill.warye@us.af.mil) and David Lovett (david.lovett@us.af.mil).
