About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency seeks 3,000 self-locking RO spanner nuts (reference part number ERH5761903B1) with quotes due June 12, 2026. The source documents reflect conflicting set-aside designations: one file indicates full and open competition, while another identifies this as a Total Small Business Set-Aside; the full-and-open version posted June 8 appears to supersede the small business version posted June 1.
Delivery is required by June 30, 2026, to JBPHH Hawaii at 667 Safeguard Street, Building 167, Suite 200, FOB Destination. The nuts must be manufactured from steel per ASTM-A588, grades A, B, or C, with unpainted finish powder coated in Scotchkote 135 gray per material product data sheet specifications. NAICS 332722, Bolt, Nut, Screw, Rivet, and Washer Manufacturing; PSC 5310, Nuts and Washers.
Award will be issued as a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on SF 1449 using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Evaluation uses Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis across three factors: technical acceptability verified against commercial specifications, past performance evaluated through the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) requiring a record of satisfactory performance, and price as lowest total evaluated cost inclusive of shipping to destination.
Quotes submitted via email must include unit price, total cost, delivery and lead times, shipping cost, legal company name, UEI number, CAGE code, documented proof of technical specification compliance, and explicit confirmation that pricing is valid for a minimum of 60 days. Offerors must complete annual representations and certifications at SAM.gov and be registered in the SAM database prior to invoice submission. Payment is processed through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
