The procurement falls under NAICS code 334419 (Other Electronic Component Manufacturing) with a size standard of 750 employees. Successful contractors will be responsible for comprehensive manufacturing processes, including supply chain management, logistics, parts forecasting, long-lead parts procurement, and addressing potential obsolescence issues. The solicitation emphasizes that contractors must have an active United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification to access export-controlled data, as the technical information is subject to export control restrictions under the Arms Export Control Act and Export Administration Act. Contractors are encouraged to seek source approval by visiting the Army AvMC's public website to potentially compete in future solicitations.
