About this opportunity

Naval Supply Systems Command intends to solicit repair or modification of an NRP module assembly (NSN 7R-1680-016423178-P8, TDP VER 001) in a quantity of 6 units, delivery FOB origin, with a response deadline of October 26, 2026. The item is flight-critical and requires Government source approval prior to award; only previously approved sources have been solicited.

This is a commercial, nondevelopmental, off-the-shelf procurement. Offerors not yet approved as Government sources must submit source approval information per the applicable NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Source Approval Information Brochure—either the Spares or Repair brochure depending on the nature of the work—together with their proposal. Documentation must include technical data based on the company's prior production experience with the same or similar item, or, if the company has not previously manufactured this item, evidence of submission of all required data to NAVSUP WSS. Offerors with a source approval request currently under NAVSUP WSS evaluation must include a copy of the cover letter forwarding that request.

Proposals lacking complete source approval documentation or failing to reference prior submission of required data will not be considered for award. If source approval evaluation cannot be completed in time to meet Government delivery requirements, award may proceed based on Fleet support needs using previously approved sources only.
