This pre-solicitation notice seeks qualified sources capable of providing 140 Novec 1230 Flightline Ramp Extinguishers to the Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces. This requirement is for 140 Novec 1230 Flightline Ramp Extinguishers.
Developed for the United States military as an alternative to Halon 1211 model 600K, model 775 contains 150 lbs. of the EPA-SNAP approved halon alternative, Novec™ 1230. Model 775 features: quick release 40 ft. discharge hose; stainless steel pressure-gage guard; semi-pneumatic wheels; corrosion resistant lime/yellow polyurethane paint, and lunette coupler for towing.
