About this opportunity

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Allium Labs, Inc. for Allium Explorer, a blockchain data and visualization platform, with award anticipated on or about July 1, 2026, and a response deadline of June 19, 2026.

This is a notice of intent under FAR Subpart 5.101; no competitive solicitation will be issued. The CFTC will procure under RFO FAR 12.102(a) for simplified acquisitions at or below the SAT. The period of performance is one year from date of award.

The CFTC requires enterprise access to comprehensive historical and active cryptocurrency asset data across multiple blockchains and protocols, with a shareable visualization interface. Allium Explorer meets this need through SOC 1 and 2 certification, exclusive blockchain network coverage, low-latency query performance, and extensively decoded smart contract data. The platform provides access to decoded, normalized, and enriched on-chain datasets in covered distributed ledger networks including crypto asset securities, commodities, stablecoins, and prediction market contracts. The CFTC has determined that Allium Labs, Inc. is the only known source capable of delivering these integrated services and is unaware of alternative solutions meeting the requirement.

The work is classified under NAICS 518210 (Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services) and PSC DH10 (IT and Telecom – Platform as a Service: Database, Mainframe, Middleware).

Interested parties who believe they can provide equivalent services may submit capability statements before June 19, 2026.
