About this opportunity
The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) has issued a Special Notice indicating its intent to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for information technology tools and report development support for impact modeling of employment, value added, and greenhouse gas emissions related to DFC's investments. This procurement is not being competed, but the DFC is open to hearing from firms that believe they can fully meet the government's requirements.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to determine if the DFC should conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The DFC has identified the Stichting Joint Impact Model as the sole source provider capable of meeting all of its requirements for an online environmental and economic impact modeling tool. Firms that believe they can provide a comparable solution must submit substantiating documentation in writing by August 30, 2024. The DFC will evaluate any responses solely to decide whether to compete this requirement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
