The U.S. Army Engineer District Chicago has issued a Special Notice announcing its intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Interpark LLC for the rental of five reserved parking stalls to accommodate the USACE's extra-large/wide/tall pickup trucks. This requirement is for the Operations and Regulatory Division's leased General Services Administration (GSA) vehicles.

The period of performance is 1 year, with 3 option years. Interested parties must respond by July 10, 2024, clearly demonstrating their ability to meet the Government's needs without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812930, the size standard is $47,000,000.00, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is X1LZ. The Government will make a determination based on the responses received, and this notice is not a request for competitive quotes.
