About this opportunity
The Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families Family Youth Services Bureau published a Notice of Sole Source for a discretionary grant review. The notice announces the agency's intent to award a sole source bridge contract to F2 Solutions to provide professional, administrative, and technical support services related to discretionary grant and non-competing continuation services for an upcoming fiscal year grant cycle.
The six-month bridge contract will allow for continuity of services while a competitive acquisition is conducted through GSA. Responses to the notice must demonstrate how competition would be advantageous, cost-effective, and not hinder agency objectives or pose unreasonable risk, with questions directed to the named contracting specialist by email only. The sole source award will provide specialized expertise and experience in discretionary grant review and non-competing continuation support services during the interim period before a long-term competitive opportunity is awarded under a GSA contract. Responses are due by October 27, 2023, and the notice sets forth eligibility criteria and requirements for contractors to participate.
