About this opportunity
The Department of the Interior's Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a Special Notice to announce its intent to award a sole source contract to The Jandor Group LLC for the implementation of recommendations resulting from a previous contract for a requirements analysis of the USFWS International Affairs (IA) permitting program.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to notify interested contractors that the Fish and Wildlife Service has determined The Jandor Group LLC to be the only firm capable of providing the required services, as this work is a continuation of a prior contract where significant analysis of the IA permitting program has already been performed. The notice includes key deadlines, with responses due by 10:00 AM (Pacific Time) on July 11, 2024. Contractors who disagree with the sole source determination may submit an argument and a statement of capability for this requirement for consideration. Eligibility is open, but the Fish and Wildlife Service has stated that award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the government that is not expected to be recovered through competition or unacceptable delays in fulfilling the requirement.
