Contractors interested in providing feedback or comments may submit responses to Quinn Greene at Quinn.P.Greene@usace.army.mil no later than 15:00 EST on 14 January 2025. While this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, the agency will consider any responses received by the deadline. The modification will enable the continuation of multidiscipline architectural and engineering services, including planning, design, and construction quality assurance for Tobyhanna Army Depot's missions.
