The anticipated base performance period is from June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025, with a total potential performance period of five years. NETL is inviting any interested parties that believe they can meet this requirement to identify themselves and provide evidence of their capabilities by May 16, 2024. The government will consider the information received solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

The anticipated base year period of performance for this requirement is from June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. The government anticipates awarding a total performance period of five years; a 1 year base plus 4 option years, through June 2029.
