About this opportunity

The Government is proceeding under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) based on Stone's status as the sole developer and proprietary owner of the RANGER software architecture. The Government reserves discretion to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses received. Responses will be evaluated solely to determine whether competitive procurement is warranted.
