The contract structure includes a one-year base period from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with four additional one-year option periods available. While this is not a competitive solicitation, the government will accept written responses from responsible sources until 12:00 PM ET on September 2, 2025, though oral communications are not acceptable. Any written responses must include sufficient information to demonstrate the respondent's capability to fulfill the stated requirements. The government retains sole discretion in determining whether to proceed with the sole source approach or consider competitive alternatives based on market research findings. Interested parties should note that no formal solicitation package is available, and the government will not reimburse any costs associated with preparing responses to this announcement.
