About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to sole-source procure online access to the LinkedIn Learning Pro Platform and issued this notice of intent on August 24, 2026, with a deadline of August 31, 2026 for interested parties to respond. The purchase will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold under 10 U.S.C. 3205(a)(1) and RFO FAR 12.102(a), as USACE Rock Island has determined only one source is reasonably available. Supporting evidence must be submitted in sufficient detail to Contract Specialist Sam Johanson at samantha.k.johanson@usace.army.mil by the August 31 closing date. The Government will consider responses solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement and retains sole discretion to make that determination.
