Specifically, the government will purchase the following items:

End User Training for 10 Users - 1 ea
Travel - 1 ea
Additional End User Training for 3 Users (Optional) - 1 ea

In accordance with Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG)/Medical Command Policy (MEDCOM) Memo 12-027, WRAIR implemented the use of ESAMS in 2012. WRAIR has a continuing need for injury and illness recordkeeping, inspection reporting, hazard tracking, and job hazard analysis as part of the Joint Safety and Environmental Division. Specifically, WRAIR uses ESAMS to run day to day safety, environmental and occupational health program at all levels. ESAMS provides and records OSH training, provides email notification to employees and supervisors of expiring training, tracks Mishaps, Good catches, provides workplace inspections for Environmental, Safety, Occupational Health and Radiation Safety, tracks OSH deficiencies, medical surveillance, respirator fit testing, and performs annual OSH self-assessments. ESAMS also provides a training platform for all of Power Point trainings, provides reporting databases to employees, and also provides the WRAIR Commander with safety metrics through the ESAMS dashboard. The continued use of the ESAMS ensures continuity of data and recordkeeping within the same system and the ability to comply with OSHA, EPA, NRC and other Federal regulations.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 517911 and the size standard is 1500 Employees.
