As a part of the service, the facility must provide safe, secure housing including laundry and restrooms, three nutritious meals per day, case management and care coordination services, vocational services, benefits services, enhancement of independent living skills, permanent housing search support, support for mental health stabilization, and substance use disorder treatments. This service is for approximately 20 beds per night and is to begin September 1, 2016, and the facility in which the Veterans will reside must have already been inspected by the VA's multi-disciplinary team for the National Fire Prevention Association's Life Safety Code, Americans with Disabilities Act, and state health and sanitation codes.

Interested vendors must provide evidence of a successful facility inspection by the VA's multi-disciplinary team within the last 12 months.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored.
