About this opportunity

This Special Notice announces the Securities and Exchange Commission's intent to award a sole source contract to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. The contract is for FINRA to design, develop, and implement Form CRS capabilities on its existing Web CRD and BrokerCheck systems. This will enable broker-dealers to file Form CRS and provide public access to the filings.

The objective is for FINRA to fulfill the SEC's requirement by enabling broker-dealers to file Form CRS through the CRS System integrated with Web CRD. FINRA will also connect the CRS System to the IARD System for dual filings, maintain the filings, and transfer data to the SEC. The performance period is one base year plus nine option years. Interested parties may submit a capability statement by March 13, 2020 to be considered for the sole source award, which will be negotiated under FAR part 6 authority. The Government will not be responsible for any preparation costs and may determine not to compete the contract based on responses received.
