A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request of Quotation (RFQ) is not available. In the event that proposals are received, award will be determined by identifying the offeror that provides a technically acceptable quote for the lowest evaluated price.
This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Any source capable of providing the service may do so electronically. Please send all proposals to Alicia.l.Jones @usdoj.gov.
