About this opportunity
The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has published a Special Notice regarding its intent to increase the contract ceiling price and extend the period of performance for the Advisory Services for the Togo Threshold Program contract with Integra Government Services International LLC. This contract supports advisory services for MCC's Togo Threshold Program.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to notify interested parties that MCC plans to modify the existing contract with Integra to increase the ceiling price by up to $1,614,951.44 to a total of $5,200,874.84 and extend the period of performance by 20 months from September 2024 to May 2026. This extension is needed due to delays in establishing the in-country implementation unit and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the overall program. Integra has provided support for this program since 2018 and has the necessary subject matter expertise and established relationships critical to the program's success. Competing the work at this stage would be costly and disruptive. The original contract was competitively awarded in 2018 under a Blanket Purchase Agreement.
