About this opportunity

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has issued a Special Notice indicating their intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for a three-year subscription to Practising Law Institute (PLI) for continuing legal education (CLE) and continuing professional education (CPE) training. The purpose of this training is to enable OCC staff to maintain their certifications with state bar associations and accounting boards.

The Special Notice outlines the specific requirements for the CLE and CPE training, including live education seminars, webcasts, audio briefings, and access to program attorneys and other resources. The contract period of performance is from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027. While this is not a request for competitive quotes, the government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by the closing date of June 14, 2024. Responses must provide clear and convincing evidence that the contractor can meet the specified requirements, and the government reserves the right to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole-source award.
