About this opportunity
The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has published a Special Notice for a sole-source procurement of a subscription for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) training from Practising Law Institute (PLI). The procurement is for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to solicit expressions of interest from potential vendors who can provide the required CLE and CPE training services that meet FHFA's specific needs. Key requirements include the ability to provide live webcasts and groupcasts that allow FHFA's Office of General Counsel staff to earn credits for maintaining professional certifications, access to on-demand learning, and coverage of subject areas relevant to FHFA's legal environment. The FHFA is seeking a vendor that can provide these specialized services and is only considering PLI at this time. Interested vendors must submit detailed capabilities and pricing information by the due date of June 26, 2024. The FHFA will use the responses to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.
