About this opportunity
The 184 Wing, Kansas Air National Guard, has issued a Special Notice indicating its intent to award a single source, firm fixed price contract to AT&T Corp. for the purchase of Local Telecommunication Service (LTS), including both local and long-distance service. The objective of this acquisition is to procure the necessary telecommunications services for the 184 Wing before its telecommunications are rolled under the active-duty component through mandatory migration to the 1-Base-1-Network program, where AT&T is also the provider.
The Special Notice outlines that the local telecommunications service is currently being provided by AT&T, and the intent is to contract an additional year of service to ensure a smooth transition. Sources interested in responding must submit capability statements by July 10, 2024, providing technical data, cost information, and evidence of their ability to meet the requirement. The government will consider all received capability statements and has sole discretion in determining whether to proceed with a sole source or competitive procurement.

The 184 Wing, Kansas Air National Guard, intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to AT&T Corp. for the purchase of Local Telecommunication Service (LTS).
The objective of this acquisition is to procure both local and long-distance service needed by the 184 Wing, Kansas Air National Guard. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail, and convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source procurement.
