About this opportunity

This Special Notice announces the Department of Energy's Loan Programs Office's intent to award a sole source contract to Moody's Analytics. The notice seeks to procure six Creditview licensing agreements to provide the LPO unlimited access to Moody's corporate issuer and sector research and analysts, as well as default data and research.

The sole source award is justified as Moody's Creditview content is the only data that can provide the LPO balanced default risk analysis including expected loss. Interested parties may submit capability statements by March 15th demonstrating relevant experience, but the award remains at the LPO's discretion. The estimated 60 month contract value is $541,512. Responses will be considered for future requirements only.
